This training event will train NER personnel to perform the liaison role between the NER RCC and the FEMA RRCC during federally declared disasters. This training will be a one-day intensive combination of classroom lectures, tabletop exercises, quizzes, and a facility tour.
The following prerequisites apply to this course:

| CAP Major or above (or Wing/CC recommendation) |
| Current LO, PSC, OSC or IC-3 rating with 10+ Actual or Training missions |
| Complete IS100b, IS200b, IS300, IS400, IS700a and IS800 |
| Completed CAPT 117 ES Continuing Education Exam - Part 3 |
