Communications Altitude Restrictions

A revised National Policy Letter has been posted on the National Headquarters website describing altitude restrictions on the use of CAP VHF-FM radios near international borders.

As stated in the Policy Letter, Northeast Region has the most complicated set of instructions of what we cannot do.
